Tony Calcao

Tony Calcao, VP Group Creative Director, CP+B

Tony has been with CP+B for 16 years. As Vice President and Group Creative Director, he leads the teams behind Domino’s Pizza. He was instrumental in launching CP+B’s “Truth” and “MINI” campaigns, and created ads for Volkswagen, Burger King, Giro, Shimano, Schwinn, Molson, and Virgin Atlantic Airways. An enthusiastic leader and perennial award winner, Tony has received top honors from ANDY, Cannes, Clio, D&AD, Kelly, and the One Show, and has been featured in Archive, Communication Arts annuals and many popular books on advertising. While in college, Tony played baseball for the University of Miami and aspired to play major league ball. He chose advertising instead, and has since acquired a following of creative admirers, but his biggest fans are his daughter Chiara and son Caden.


Chuck Matthews

Chuck has made his living in radio since 1992. During that time he’s worked as a Program Director, on the air, and in the production studio, writing and producing countless station promos and commercials. His career has taken him to several markets, including Raleigh, North Carolina, and Cleveland, Toledo and Akron Ohio. And, through the power of software, Chuck has worked virtually in Atlanta, Georgia and Greenville, South Carolina.

As the current Director of Creative Services for Rubber City Radio Group in Akron, Chuck voices and produces commercials and station branding. He is also a voice actor. Chuck Matthews Productions provides voiceover for radio and television stations nationwide. He has voiced and produced commercials for the national touring Ultimate Doo Wop Show and tour spots for many contemporary Christian music acts, including Guy Penrod, Sarah Groves, Go Fish and others. He has hosted and produced a cable radio program on "Good Time Oldies" for DMX/Primestar Satellite. Chuck also works with Munich and Los Angeles-based Benztown Branding, producing audio for radio stations.

John Rabius

John Rabius began his career in the corporate, industrial and commercial film industry as an apprentice in 1962. Since his interests gravitated to the audio portion of that market he opened Audio-Rabius, Inc. in 1976. Over the years, he has developed and perfected his directorial and production talents, applying them to an ever-changing array of communication formats.
John’s talents have been recognized by the New York International Festival (Silver Medal); The Silver Microphone Awards (one national winner and two national finalists); the Dayton chapter of AAF (including 6 Hermes awards for Best of Category and many others). His clients have included The National Geographic Society, NCR, Reynolds & Reynolds, Walt Disney Productions, Keir Educational Resources, Lexis-Nexis, and many others.
