EMA is an international organization of the On Hold Messaging Association (OHMA) members, who came together in 2001 to advance the awareness of audio messaging as a cost-effective marketing tool. These dedicated professionals who now form the membership of the EMA will continue to use on-hold messaging as a core marketing principle while enhancing their efforts through new sight and scent marketing concepts.
